2 Personalized Design Consultation

Experience a tailored design consultation via email, where we consider your unique preferences and style.

3 Design Confirmation

Once the designer presents the initial sketch, we work collaboratively to finalize the design through revisions. (Please note that cancellations are not accepted at this stage, and a cancellation fee of $100 will apply.)

4 Custom-Made Production

Watch as your garment comes to life with our personalized pattern-making process, crafted to match your individual requirements.

5 Receive Your Custom Piece

Your completed garment will be delivered to your doorstep through a secure courier service.

Please be aware that the entire service typically takes around 60 days for completion, and additional time may be needed based on the intricacies of the design and the progress of the work.

1. MOL is a personalized reform service that started
with concerns about the sustainability of our environment.
2. MOL only deals with clothes that have been purchased by customers for more than 5 years.
3. MOL respects the design intentions of the original clothes and provides the service in consideration of the customer's tastes and needs.
4. The MOL label is only a trademark for the 'Clothes Reform Service Industry' and has nothing to do with the existing trademark.
5. Alterations to the length and fit are only possible within 2 weeks after receiving the completed garment.
6. Depending on the design, additional materials beyond the original garment may be used.
